What we collect when you use Riskyc Fashion, and why.

1. Introduction
This policy explains what personal information Riskyc Fashion collects through riskycfashion.com and the Riskyc Fashion mobile app, why we collect it, and who we share it with. Placing an order or creating an account means you've read and accepted this policy.
2. Information we collect
To place an order (with or without an account): your name, phone number, and delivery address or pickup choice. If you pay by Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money, a screenshot of your payment confirmation. If you create an account: your email address and a password, or — if you sign in with Google — your name, email address, and profile picture (nothing else from your Google account). If you enable notifications: a push-notification token tied to your device or browser, and your app language. If you contact us: the text, pictures, or voice messages you send through the in-app chat.
3. How we use it
To create, validate, package, and deliver your order; to verify your payment; to send you SMS, push, and chat updates about your order's status; to pre-fill your details on a future order if you have an account; and to track referrals if you use one. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.
4. Who we share it with
Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with the delivery team member handling your specific order, so they can reach you. We use third-party services to run the app — payment-proof images and parcel photos are stored with a cloud storage provider, SMS updates are sent through Orange or Twilio's SMS networks, push notifications are relayed through Google/Firebase (Android) or your browser's push service (web), and Google sign-in is handled by Google. Each only receives what it needs to do its part — none of them can see your full order history.
5. SMS and push notifications
We send order-status SMS to the phone number you provide at checkout — this is part of placing an order and can't be opted out of while that order is active. Push notifications are optional: you can enable or disable them at any time from the tracking page (web) or in your device's notification settings (app), and they're sent in whichever language your app or browser is set to.
6. Cookies and local storage
The web app stores your cart, language preference, and (for a guest) a local list of your recent order IDs in your browser's storage, so you can find your own orders again on the same device without an account. The mobile app stores the same kind of information on your device. None of this is used to track you across other websites or apps.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, delivery, and dispute-resolution purposes. If you delete your account, we stop using your personal details for anything beyond what's legally required to keep for past orders already placed.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the chat bubble or the email below. We'll respond and act on a valid request within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep certain records (e.g. for completed transactions).
9. Children's privacy
Riskyc Fashion isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls on our admin systems — to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe and only accessible to the staff who need it to serve your order.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site or app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
